What happens after you send it
- You get an 8-character reference number. Keep it to follow the application.
- The platform team reviews the application and calls you to verify the centre; it may ask for documents or more information.
- Once approved, the centre is created and its super admin receives an activation card. The centre appears on the map only after its location is verified and its profile is complete.
Application data is kept for 180 days and then deleted unless the centre is approved. Details in the privacy policy.
The form fields are in Arabic, as the centre's public profile is: write the names in Arabic where you can.
